Both my wife and I have been using this mechanic for years (since their old location in Aylmer) and very satisfied with their customer care and competitive service/parts price point. With the new location space, more specialized/certified mechanics and new top-of-the-line equipment additions, I have to say that it keeps getting better! I needed to book an urgent appointment for my BMW X6 last week to get the brakes/oil done and was treated with the upmost care by Leo who accommodated my appointment within a reasonable time frame - would never be able to get that from a dealership! Two thumbs up for the team at OttoStadt, I highly recommend these guys.

I just picked up my 2018 SQ5 and I am actually overwhelmed with the quality of service and professionalism. My experience started with the convenience of a loaner car to start, followed by an informative breakdown of required service and recommendations. Once I approved the required repairs the vehicle was ready for pick up the very next day. I have been an Audi owner for 15 years and it is always a struggle to find someone knowledgeable and experienced to work on my vehicles. The team at OSMW installed a trailer hitch on my 2018 X5. Very impressive service from the planning before the appointment, ordering the right combination of BMW and 3rd party components, completing the work as planned including programming the new BMW plug-in harness/module. The rear bumper had to be removed for this and the car looks just as good now as it did before. Computer recognizes when the hitch is connected, no parking sensor alarm, rear camera works fine. Very happy with the experience and to have them nearby. Courtesy car was a nice plus. Fully recommended!
